What we collect
From this website: the contact details you submit through the brief form or newsletter, and aggregate analytics if enabled. Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, where you asked for it, to send the monthly note. We do not sell, rent or share contact details with third parties.
Client data during engagements
Work happens inside client infrastructure by default. Where a model provider is involved we use zero-retention endpoints and document exactly which fields cross the boundary.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for two years, newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Run traces from operated systems are retained on a schedule the client sets.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it within thirty days.
